​​​Thank you for booking a game with Statesboro Unlocked! Please take note of the following terms and conditions in place to give you the best game experience:

1. NO Refund will be provided in case of booking cancellation or no-show.
2. Participants need to arrive in the lobby 20 minutes prior to your game start time. Please plan ahead for traffic concerns, as we are unable to accommodate late teams.
   
3. Children 15 and under must be accompanied during the game by a paying adult.
   
4. Please double-check your booking location, date, and time.
   
5. If you have not booked the entire room, you may be paired with other guests.
   
6. The consumption of alcohol on our premises is strictly prohibited, and service will be denied to anyone noticeably intoxicated.
   
7. Cell phones will be prohibited during active games. Removal from the game will be rendered to anyone using their cell phones during active play. Cell phone storage provided.
   
8. We will have a right to refuse service to anyone.
   
9. No outside food or drink.
